He has a Masters Degree in Law and a Diplôme Supérieur de l’Ecole Nationale de Procédure. Olivier has an extensive knowledge of the area and has several years experience working locally as an estate agent. Born in Albi he now lives in Castres with his young family.

As Product Director for agence81 Phil uses his extensive knowledge of the Tarn region to source and select the highest quality properties for sale. He has over 35 years experience in the international workplace having worked as Business Director for several blue-chip companies. Phil lives in Castres and is fluent in both French and German. He has had articles published about the Tarn and in his spare time is a trainer at the Castres Olympique Ecole de Rugby.
